Designed and Implemented a complex pricing and contract cost system for wholesale, commercial, and government sales.  Includes data entry, reporting, and the ability to customize and export data to Excel.  Wrote in Visual Basic 6.0 accessing MS-SQL Server 2000 with MS-Office integration.

Developed all business logic to support a web-based shopping system for a large office supply products distributor.  Utilized Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft Transaction Server, and MS-SQL-Server 6.5.  All business logic being called by ASP Pages using JScript.  

Resume submission system for a large corporation.  Designed using ASP pages and VBScript running on IIS 2.0.  Integrated with CDONTS to send all submitted resumes to a human resources automated processing system.

Order Entry System 

Maintained and enhanced a multi-faceted order entry system.  Capabilities include dealer dropship, vendor dropship, return-authorizations and complex price, cost, and freight options.  Worked in Visual Basic 6.0 accessing MS-SQL Server 2000.

Development of complete workflow processing between independent accounting, order entry, purchasing, and warehousing systems.  Written in Visual Basic 5.0 using Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS) and MS-SQL-Server 6.5.

Created and maintained various systems:  international capabilities database, sales enhancement, company directory, etc.  Worked on ASP pages using HTML and VBScript running on IIS 2.0 accessing Access and MS-SQL Server 6.5 databases.

Project leadership, scheduling, and training of staff. Design of system architecture, database, and reusable software components. Wrote all specifications and documentation of system.

Utilized Visual Basic 5.0 with MS-SQL Server on multiple Windows NT 4.0 servers.

Worked on a for a regional telephone company.

Utilized Visual Basic with Oracle Objects for OLE connecting to an Oracle7 server on Windows NT 3.51.

wrote entirely in MS-Access 97 for a branch of a nationwide insurance broker.  System tracks all school districts in the state of Missouri for insurance purposes.

Project leader: desktop integ. strategy.

Designed an OLE SQL driver for SAP using proper SAP security.

Technologies used: SAP/ABAP, Remote Function Calls, Visual Basic 4.0, OLE Automation, and MS-Office.

Leadership in the UNIX architecture and configuration of the SAP development environment.

Project Planning, Database design, and Windows 95 user-interface design. Implemented business rules using 3 tier internal object oriented methodologies.

Written in Delphi 2.0 against Paradox 7.0 on Windows 95.

Designed for research engineers to allow them fast and easy access to R&D manufacturing test data.

Provided a graphical environment with automatic SQL generation, execution, display, and export to MS-Office.

Written for Oracle7 on VAX and UNIX using Visual Basic, MS-Access, Q+E ODBC Library, and OLE Automation.

Created using Microsoft BackOffice/Exchange Server to create and route purchase orders throughout a large corporation.  

Developed an IBM Mainframe front-end using Visual Basic, EHLLAPI, Access, and Q+E, w/ drag-and-drop technology.

Wrote 200 reusable procedures and 70 pages of documentation for knowledge transfer.

Included complex product configuration system.

Utilized Visual Basic, MS-Access, OLE, Crystal Reports and VIM.

Initial work upscaling the database to MS-SQL Server.

Fully designed and implemented in 2 weeks for a TWA pilot. Designed for fast data entry and easy customization.  

It includes advanced user interface elements and full reporting capabilities.

Written in Delphi 6.0.

Technical & architectural design for a world class commodities company.

Utilized Progress v7 as the main database and language on Netware and Windows 3.11 platforms.

Database specification, design, project leadership, and programming.

Development of over 300 programs and installation at 9 US sites occurred after only 5 months.

System and database administration and installation of UNIX computer systems.

Entirely developed using Progress v6.

Project Planning & Design of a new strategic Client/Server system.

Business Process Reengineering of JIT product and information flow.

Included an intelligent manufacturing configurator, on-line graphical SOP.

Utilized System Architect in design.

Designed and maintained over 25 different Omnis 5/7 database systems on Macintosh computers:

Inventory Systems, Just-In-Time mfg., quality, labor and cost tracking, barcoding, and photo-typeset serial numbering.

Macintosh Pascal programming as needed to meet project requirements.

Implemented using Visual Basic and MS-Access on OS/2.

Developed on the PC using C for electronic circuit documentation.

Developed on the PC using C for interface with high speed printers.

Created a touch screen information kiosk for Cub Foods groceries stores (The Cubputer), in use from 1984 to 1988.

Developed database systems on Macintosh’s: Invoicing, Purchasing, and a Technical Sales Force Information system.

Responsible for a large headquarters system, handling 1400 franchises.

Maintained the accounts payables/receivables and GL system.
